ADULT PROGRAM
Chief Instructor/Owner Greg Gargas has created a unique "3 Point Martial Art System" that consists of training in Kenpo Karate, Jiu-Jitsu and Pressure Point Fighting. These three disciplines of the Martial Arts have been seamlessly blended together to create a self defense training system that is safe to learn and street effective. Physical conditioning is an important part of the system and a part of every class. However, students are only expected to do what they're capable of doing. There will be times when the instructors will push you hard, but remember, you'll always be the one who determines when you rest. We also have a private gym for our adults students that consists of over 2000lbs of free weights , treadmills, bikes, plus more to get and keep you fit. Self control and respect for other students will always be expected. Profanity is not tolerated .

The belts at this level (in order) are white, yellow, orange and purple. The Kenpo Karate and Jiu-Jitsu you'll be learning in these classes will teach you the proper way to punch, kick, block, fall, lock joints, throw opponents while learning to defend against chokes, lapel grabs, wrist grabs, bear hugs, headlocks just to name a few. It takes the "average adult" (who consistently makes it to class) about a year to get promoted into the intermediate class.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kenpo Karate fighting strategies become more second nature with advanced students. Weapons such as sais swords and bo staff will be taught at the Brown Belt ranks. Belt promotions at the Brown Belt levels will continue to become more challenging , peaking at the first degree Black Belt test which can last anywhere from 8 to 10 grueling hours.
